How to Organize a Group

• Number of persons required
  Group tours can be organized with as few as 10 participants, although a minimum of 16 is often more cost-effective.
  
• Benefits of Traveling in a Group
  There are many benefits in group travel, besides the social aspects of meeting new friends or renewing old acquaintances it is proven that group travel is also much more economical that traveling independently. As participants share in the costs of transportation, guides, etc., the larger the group usually means the lower the cost. Depending on the destination, a perfect group size is between 20-30 participants.
  
• Select a destination
  Does your group like to tour new places? Or just unpack once and tour every day? What is the average per person budget? Once you have an idea of these two questions, contact Lilliam at 410-370-8340 or Lilliam@monarchtours.net with this preliminary information. We then begin our research.
  
• Free Tour Leader
  The general rule is that for every 20 participants, one participant's land arrangements are completely free. This “free” is often provided to the tour leader who, after all, is spending his/her time in organizing the group.

  Monarch Tours will create a personalized professional color flyer or small brochure at no cost to you. This flyer is an excellent tool to promote your particular group departure.
